Bunker Fuel Surcharge – Effective October 25th, 2010
Dear Valued Customer:
Horizon Lines is adjusting its bunker fuel surcharge. Effective October 25th 2010, surcharges will be as follows:
For containers to and from Jacksonville, FL or Tampa, FL a bunker surcharge of $625.
For containers to and from Elizabeth, NJ, a bunker surcharge of $680.
For containers to and from Houston, TX, a bunker surcharge of $740.
