FSX SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Tiger Voyage TG039E Delayed into Los Angeles, CA
Dear Valued Customer:
Due to a bad weather in China and on the ocean crossing, the Horizon Tiger Voyage TG039E has been delayed arriving into Los Angeles, CA.
At this time, we expect to begin cargo operations at 09:00 PST on Monday, January 17th. Vessel will complete cargo load out Monday night to sail on schedule.
All cargo will be available for customer pickup at 18:00 PST on Monday.
Expectations at this time are to mitigate delays associated with cargo availability and dispatch to rail depots for Kansas City, Dallas, Chicago, Memphis, Atlanta, and Charlotte. There may be a potential service delay into Kansas City, by one day, with cargo availability on Friday.
Horizon Lines is aware that arrival delays may affect our customers’ operations and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that impacts are minimized. We will continue to provide timely and accurate updates as information becomes available.
