FSX SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
September Holiday Schedule
Dear Valued Customer:
Please be advised of the following schedules in observance of the September 5, 2011 Labor Day holiday.
Dallas (Customer Service and Inland Operations)
• September 5, 2011 Dallas Customer Service and Inland Operations will be CLOSED
Los Angeles/Rancho Dominguez (Pier 400 Terminal, Rancho Dominguez Sea Logix, Horizon Lines Rancho Dominguez Office)
• September 5, 2011 Pier 400 terminal, Rancho Dominguez office, and Rancho
Dominguez Sea Logix will be CLOSED
* There will be a one day service delay for intermodal cargo into Kansas City and Dallas. All cargo in Los Angeles will be available for customer pickup starting at 08:00 PST on Tuesday, September 6th. To check the availability of your cargo for pickup, please refer to the APMT Los Angeles port website, http://www.apmterminals.com/americas/losangeles/, and enter your container number(s) into the Import Availability section.
Oakland (PAOH Terminal, Oakland Sea Logix, Horizon Lines Oakland Office)
• September 5, 2011 PAOH terminal and Oakland office, and Oakland Sea Logix will be
CLOSED
* All cargo in Oakland will be available for customer pickup starting at 08:00 PST on Thursday, September 8th. To check the availability of your OAK cargo for pickup, please refer to the POAH Oakland port website, www.paoak.com, and enter your container under the section “QuickTrack” to check container availability. (A user id and password is required.)
Tacoma (Tacoma Terminal, Tacoma Sea Logix, Horizon Lines Tacoma Office)
• September 5, 2011 HL terminal, Tacoma Sea Logix, Tacoma CFS, and Tacoma office
will be CLOSED
Hawaii (Hawaii Terminal, Horizon Lines Honolulu Office)
• September 5, 2011 Hawaii terminal and Honolulu office will be CLOSED
Guam (Guam Terminal, Horizon Lines Guam Office)
• September 5, 2011 Guam terminal and Guam office will be CLOSED
