Elizabeth Gate Labor Action – Final Update
Dear Valued Customer:
Horizon Lines is pleased to inform our customer base that all picketing activities at our Elizabeth Terminal have completely ceased.
As anticipated, our gates opened at 6:00AM this morning for dispatch and receiving. The actions of the last two days will not impact our arrival or departure in Elizabeth, and all our vessels are running completely on schedule.
Horizon Lines customers are encouraged to use the expedited lanes designated for refrigerated shipments and Puerto Rico shipments when dropping off loads or picking up empty containers today and Friday to ensure quickest trucker turn time at the terminal.
