PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Producer Voyage PD636S Delayed to San Juan – Initial Update
Dear Valued Customer:
Horizon Producer Voyage PD636S is expected to be delayed on arrival into San Juan on Friday, December 31st, 2010. This is the result of a delayed departure from Jacksonville due to heavy weather in the past week.
At this time, we expect to begin cargo operations at 3 p.m. local San Juan time on Friday, December 31st, 2010.
In an effort to mitigate the effects of this arrival delay, Horizon Lines will adjust the gate hours as follows:
• Friday, December 31st, 2010 – 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Saturday, January 1st, 2011 – 1 p.m. – 5 p.m., with northbound cargo cut off extended to 4 p.m.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that arrival delays have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that effects from these delays are minimized. We will continue to provide timely and accurate updates on information that may affect your shipments.
