Horizon Producer Voyage PD686S Delayed to San Juan – Initial Update
Dear Valued Customer:
Horizon Producer voyage PD686S from Jacksonville will be delayed on arrival to San Juan. High winds, heavy swells, and harbor congestion due to heavy vessel traffic in San Juan are contributing factors.
At this time, we expect cargo operations to commence at 10 AM on Friday, December 16th.
