PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Trader Voyage TO433S Arrival to San Juan – Initial Update
Dear Valued Customer:
Horizon Trader voyage TO433S departed Jacksonville later than planned on Friday due to maintenance on one of our three terminal cranes. The vessel had intended to make up time en-route to San Juan, however, unfavorable headwinds will prevent us from making an on-time arrival on Monday.
At this time, we anticipate starting cargo operations in San Juan at 09:00AM on Monday, July 25th.
As a reminder, our scheduled gate hours on Monday the 25th will be from 07:00AM to 12:00 Noon in observance of Puerto Rico Constitution Day.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that arrival delays have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that effects from these delays are minimized. We will continue to provide timely and accurate updates on information that may affect your shipments.
