PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Navigator Voyage NV517S ETA to San Juan & Vessel Network - Update 5
Dear Valued Customer:
Please find a network update for Horizon Lines’ Puerto Rico Tradelane below. Some voyage numbers have been changed this week as we recover our normal schedules. Bookings will be automatically rolled to ensure the proper ports of load/discharge. Any questions should be directed to your sales or customer service representatives.
SAX Service (Friday departures from JAX & Monday Arrivals in SJU)
Horizon Navigator voyage NV517S departed Jacksonville Sunday 3/25 at approximately 11:30PM. Based on current information and speed, the Navigator is expected to arrive in San Juan and begin cargo operations at 1:00PM on Wednesday, 3/28. We expect all urgent cargo to be made available on Wednesday and will extend gates as necessary to ensure customers have access to their freight.
Horizon Navigator NV518N will sail to Jacksonville this week in lieu of the Trader. Northbound cargo cutoff remains Tuesday 3/27 at 6:00PM in San Juan. Northbound cargo will be discharging from NV518N over the weekend and will be available in Jacksonville on Monday, 4/2.
Horizon Navigator NV518S will sail from Jacksonville this week in lieu of the Trader. Southbound cargo cutoff remains Friday, 3/30 at 4:30PM. Southbound cargo aboard NV518S is expected to be available in San Juan Tuesday, 4/3 at 1:00PM.
NAX Service (Friday departures from ELZ & Tuesday Arrivals SJU)
Horizon Trader TO469N will sail to Elizabeth this week in lieu of the Navigator. Northbound cargo will have normal availability in Elizabeth this Friday, 3/30.
Horizon Trader TO469S will sail from Elizabeth in lieu of the Navigator. Southbound cargo will have normal availability in San Juan Tuesday, 4/3.
JAX Service (Tuesday departures from JAX & Friday Arrivals in SJU)
Horizon Discovery voyage DI606S discharged in San Juan as planned with all cargo available on Sunday, 3/25. Repairs are under way on the automation system.
Horizon Discovery voyage DI607S remains voided. There will be no southbound departure from Jacksonville Tuesday, 3/27.
Horizon Discovery voyage DI608N is on schedule to resume normal Jacksonville Express Service departing San Juan Friday, 3/30. No further changes are expected.
GAX Service (Thursday departures from HOU & Thursday arrivals SJU)
Horizon Challenger voyage CN562N will arrive as announced Friday, 3/30 in Houston with no further changes expected.
