Horizon Discovery Voyage DI604N – Revised ETA to Jacksonville – 3:30PM Update
Dear Valued Customer:
The Horizon Discovery arrived at the dock under its own power, and we began cargo operations at 1:00PM as expected. All Northbound cargo will be available today. Our gate will remain open until 4:30PM today for all dispatch and receiving activities.
At this time, we expect to begin cargo operations in San Juan on Saturday, March 10th at 7:00AM. We expect to announce gate hours for all dispatch and receiving activities in San Juan from 7:00AM – 12:00PM and 1:00PM – 4:00PM on Saturday, March 10th.
We will have a more definitive estimate of our arrival time once we have a firm departure from Jacksonville. We will communicate any improvements to our estimated arrival at that time.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that arrival changes have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that effects from these changes are minimized. We will continue to provide timely and accurate updates on information that may affect your shipments.
