PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Horizon Challenger voyage CN559N – Revised ETA to Houston
Dear Valued Customer:
Sections of the Houston Ship Channel have been closed all day today due to fog. Continued fog and channel closures are anticipated tomorrow.
Northbound cargo availability is expected to commence on Friday morning, February 17th. This is subject to change based on our ability to bring the ship to the dock.
We will provide a second update on the arrival of CN559N tomorrow late morning.
In order to ensure an expedient departure from Houston, we are not changing the southbound cargo cutoff for voyage CN559S. Customers should plan on furnishing all of their southbound freight to Horizon prior to the 4:30PM cargo cutoff tomorrow.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that arrival changes have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure that effects from these changes are minimized. We will continue to provide timely and accurate updates on information that may affect your shipments.
